Article 4-Laws made under articles 2 and 3 to provide for the amendment of the First and the Fourth Schedules and supplemental, incidental and consequential matters

(1) Article 2 or 3 ke according jo laws banaye jayenge unme aise provisions(points) include honge jo un laws ke provisions ko effective banane ke liye jarurat ke hisab se schedule 1 or schedule 4 ko amend(change) kar sakenge or aise provisions bhi include honge jinhe parliamnet zaruri samjhe ya aise bhi include honge jo un laws se effect hone wale kinhi state ya states ke parliament ya respective state legislatures me representation se related honge.

(2) Upar discuss kiya gaye laws article 368 ke hisab se constitution ka amendment nahi samjha jayega.
